W 1943 roku 1 Dywizja Piechoty im. Tadeusza Kościuszki otrzymała pierwsze mundury wz.43, które zastępowały wydawane wcześniej sorty sowieckie.
Wzory mundurów były opracowane w Zarządzie Głównym Związku Patriotów Polskich w Moskwie. Mundury wz.43 miały nawiązywać do mundurów polowych z września 1939. Pomijając materiał z jakiego były wykonane, różniły się zasadniczo guzikami oraz naramiennikami, które były wykonywane z sukna. Do mundurów wz.43 zastosowano także nowy wzór proporczyków.
Proporczyki na mundurze zaprezentowanym na zdjęciu to wzór z 1945 roku. Natomiast proporczyki wz.43 miały kolory odwrócone, tj. dół żółty, góra granatowa.
Mundur szyjemy na miarę.
Po zakupie wysyłamy tabelę wymiarów do uzupełnienia. Od momentu otrzymania wypełnionej tabeli czas oczekiwania na uszycie munduru i nadanie przesyłki wynosi zwykle od 14 do 21 dni roboczych.

In 1943, the 1st Infantry Division “Tadeusz Kosciusko” received the first wz.1943 Model Uniforms which replaced various Soviet uniforms the Division’s soldiers had been wearing.
Prototypes of this uniform were developed at the Main Directorate of the Union of Polish Patriots in Moscow. The Model 43 (wz.43) Uniforms were similar to field uniforms from September 1939. Besides the fabric from which they were made, they differed from the 1939 uniforms in their buttons as well as their epaulettes which were made from uniform wool. In addition, a new type of collar pennant was used with the Model 43 Uniforms.
The collar pennants on the uniform in our photograph are the 1945 model. The wz.1943 collar pennants, however, had the colors reversed; that is the lower portion was yellow and the upper dark blue.
