Exchange

Goods purchased in our store are subject to exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase, with an exception of uniforms and other products sewn to measure and made to individual order.

The exchanged goods must be clean and must not have signs of use.

Along with the goods exchanged, the shipment must contain:

1. Proof of purchase (original receipt or invoice)

2. Information on the exchange:

  • Client's first and last name
  • purchased goods
  • the number of the receipt or invoice
  • goods to be replaced to
  • return address
  • contact phone number

3. Confirmation of the transfer covering the cost of shipping

It is therefore necessary to make a payment to our bank account of the amount covering the cost of shipping the replaced goods. Confirmation of the transfer should be attached to the package with the exchange of goods or sent to our e-mail address.


Other informations:

We carry out the exchange as soon as possible.

If the goods are not currently in stock, the replacement time may be longer.

If the exchange is impossible due to the lack of goods in the warehouse and the impossibility of ordering or producing this product, we suggest another available product or refund the money to the bank account indicated by the customer.

Exchange for cheaper goods causes that we refund the difference in price to the customer, whereas the exchange for more expensive goods requires the Customer to pay the difference in price.

In the situation the goods received have factory defects or are inconsistent with the order, the same should be done as in the case of a standard exchange, but it is necessary to include a description of the defect or mistake. In this case, the customer does not bear the costs of exchange.

A tailor-made product is subject to one-time tailor's corrections within a period of no more than 40 days from the date of completion (sending) of the order. The time for making tailoring corrections is up to 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the goods.

Goods made to individual order are not exchangeable.

We do not collect parcels on delivery or from parcel machines.
