- Made of steel
- Beech wood cladding, attached to the stem with 2 screws
- Fire cover.
- Attachment to the weapon with a notch at the back of the head, latched by a latch.
- 273 mm steel sheath, finished with a knob, has a notch on the hook for fixing with a frog .
Bagnet S 84/98 was used by German troops during the Second World War.
Made of Solingen steel, it was derived from the model from 1915, produced serially in 1934-1945. In the catalog of weapons patterns, it has the designation Gerat 1-1013.
