Patki na kołnierz munduru Polskich Sił Zbrojnych na Zachodzie, wprowadzone w 1941 roku.
Wykonane z sukna, na sztywniku.
Wpięte orły oficerów dyplomowanych:
- Wykonane z mosiądzu, oksydowane na stare srebro
- Mocowane na dwa wąsy
- Wymiary: 19 mm (wys.) x 22 mm (szer.)
Patki są w barwach piechoty.
Wymiary i wykonanie zgodne z ówczesnymi warunkami technicznymi. Zgodne z oryginałem.
