RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
 
The right to withdraw from the contract (return of goods) applies to all goods, with the exception of tailor-made and other custom-made uniforms.

The right to withdraw from the contract applies to unused goods and bearing no traces of use.

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase (pickup date) without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform us of this decision by phone (+48 503-588-438) or by email (kontakt@partyzant.pl) by sending a return form. The return form can also be attached to the package.
The original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be attached to the returned goods. If the proof of purchase is lost, it is necessary to attach a declaration on the lack of receipt.

The product should be packed to protect it against any damage during transport.

Please send the package by courier GLS, DPD, DHL, UPS or Polish Post by priority parcel.

We do not collect parcels paied on delivery and from parcel machines.

In order for the 30-day return period to be respected, the package should be sent no later than 14 days from the day of informing us by e-mail or phone about the return.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract:

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the purchase price and the shipping cost. We do not refund the costs of sending the goods back to us.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the return form, as well as proof of purchase.

Payment refunds are made to the bank account you indicate. We may withhold refunds until we receive the item or if it shows signs of use.
